Cannabinoids

THC (tetrahydrocannabinol)

The source of the psychoactive effects, activated at the cannabinoid receptors located in the body’s central nervous system.

CBD (Cannabidiol)

The ingredient with medicinal potential that possesses no psychoactive qualities, and does not inhibit cognitive functions.

THCa
Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid)

The precursory acid that converts into THC when it is carboxylated under the intense heat of drying, smoking, or cooking.

Entourage Effect

The synergies between terpenes and cannabinoids and how they all work together to provide a versatile array of effects

Genetics

SATIVA

Delivers a range of cerebral effects including a soaring euphoria and/or enhanced mental clarity and focus.

SATIVA DOMINANT HYBRID

Distributes a balanced combination of mental and physical effects, with varying degrees of sativa dominance depending on the strain.

INDICA DOMINANT HYBRID

Exhibits dominant physical properties, but depending on strain, can also provide a sense of bliss.

Provides a deep body relaxation and physical calm, making it a viable option to pharmaceutical grade sedatives.

CBD RICH SATIVA

Amounts of CBD outbalance sativa properties by varying ratios depending on strain.

CBD RICH SATIVA DOMINANT HYBRID

Amounts of CBD outbalance sativa hybrid properties by varying ratios depending on strain.

CBD RICH INDICA DOMINANT HYBRID

Amounts of CBD outbalance indica hybrid properties by varying ratios depending on strain.

CBD RICH INDICA

Amounts of CBD outbalance indica properties by varying ratios depending on strain.

Grow Methods

INDOOR

A regulated environment where the growing plants benefit from precise control of lighting, temperature, and humidity.

SUN GROWN

Utilizes the natural power of the sun, ultimately leaving a lower carbon footprint by omitting the need for electricity.

GREENHOUSE

Enclosed outdoor areas that harness the power of the sun, in addition to protecting gardens from harsh environmental conditions.

VEGANIC

Utilizes naturally derived nutrients from the plants that in turn feed the organisms in the soil; eliminating the need for animal-based composts.

BIODYNAMIC

No pesticides or fertilizers used. The farm itself is a living organism because of its ability to regenerate its own soil.

Extraction Methods

BHO

Purified butane is flushed through cannabis, then purged via a process of low heat and vacuum pressure leaving a waxy extract.

COLD WATER

A combination of water, ice, and gentle agitation cools cannabis trim to a point where the microscopic trichomes separate, are strained out, and finally dried into hash.

Co2

Utilizes carbon dioxide to strip and concentrate the plant materials’ active ingredients into a viscous oil.

ROSIN

Uses a combination of heat and pressure to nearly instantaneously squeeze and extract the resinous sap from cannabis material.

ALCOHOL

Involves steeping cannabis trim in food-grade alcohol until the plant’s active ingredients are extracted and transferred into the solution.

KIEF

The fine powder made from the separated and dried resin glands, or trichomes of cannabis trim.

TERPENES

Secreted in the same glands that produce cannabinoids like THC and CBD, these pungent oils provide the full spectrum of cannabis’ distinctive flavors.

LIVE RESIN

Created from freshly harvested cannabis that is frozen to subcritical temperatures prior to and throughout the extraction process.
